AddKan Nucleating Masterbatches increases the crystallization rate and the overall percent crystallinity of the polymer. The faster crystallization rate allows for higher productivity by reducing the moulding cycle time and extrusion processes. The overall percentage crystallinity of the polymer improves the stiffness and heat deflection temperature.
Addkan Nucleating masterbatches can be added for improving transparency of disposable items likes cups & plates. It can also be used in other products like Polypropylene Sheet, PPR Pipes, Moulded articles & Polypropylene geogrids or other Extruded products. The type and quantity of active content is decided based on the intended target application.
