The major criteria that we follow while designing the final Masterbatch:

• Polymer selection: The polymer best suitable for the final application is selected for producing the masterbatch.

• Additive selection: The type and level of additive solely depend on the type and pigment loading in the Masterbatch. This ensures better rheological properties in the final matrix.

• Selecting the grade of carbon black: For the final application, it is important to select the correct grade of carbon black depending on the end application and process.
